The Fake Smile..

Really messed up today,
Feeling outta control,
Im really not impressed,
And actually quite depressed,

I'm extremely sick of trying,
So sick of crying,
When inside im only dying,

Feeling strong urges to harm myself,
I just feel so destroyed and really annoyed,
Dont want to live to waste yet another day,
So ill lay here looking up to the sky and pray,
Pray that all my pain will soon go away,

I'm extremely sick of trying,
So sick of crying,
When inside im only dying,

Seriously am loosing the will to live,
Feeling i have nothing else to give,
Finding it really hard just to fight back the tears,
and keep on fighting at my fears

When inside im only dying,

Feeling so low today,
I pick up the blade,
And stare at the cuts i have just made,
I'm so sick of hiding behind my fake smile,
but ill have to keep on pretending just for awhile,

Constantly cutting and harming myself on the outside,
To stop all of my pain on the inside,
Silently crying my heart out,
Yet no-one seems to be about

Feeling so down and tearful,
I lay there and cry not daring to pick up the phone,
Trying the best i can to cope all alone,
I feel so very afraid,
I then turn to the only thing what keeps me,
going throughout the day.. the blade
