    You missed the best coverage of all in the Mail.

    I've yet to read any actual evidence for this. It's all anecdotal and looks to me like a placebo effect, nothing more.

    It was more a concept when I posted about it but the United Nations and others were saying it would be impossible to police and there eventually would be some very mind bending powerful and highly addictive stuff available.
    Whats this stuff your on about?

    Yes, I believe so. It's just an example of one of the particular type of sounds one might expect to hear on one of these i-dose recordings.

    Do a search of i-doe on YouTube and you'll get more examples although, obviously, the quality will be less than desirable.

    I downloaded 'Gate of Hades' and 'Hand of God' today .... I wasn't really in a position to 'meditate' on the sounds but it was a lot of static etc. I'll give it a go sometime and let you know how it was.
