I usually work out to Kate Bush. It generally involves a lot of prancing, crying and staring at a clenched fist.

How did you get 'RELAX' under your username? Is that in the profile editing bit?

Welcome Melissa. Your 3rd one is a classic rave track, although it's SL2, not SI2. They also did On a Ragga Tip and DJs Take Control. If you're as old as me, you'll remember them the first time round :-) I especially loved that jungle beat that started out as reggae, then doubling up to jungle.

For me at the gym though, give me some hardstyle, hard house or .. jungle :-D

Kate Bush style moves could be the next aerobics craze...thanks for the tip.

Between Wuthering Heights and Hank Hillbilly, I worry we may have diverted from dance tracks to Guantanamo torture tracks.

So here are some more to keep you sweaty or lathered (depends on how posh your gym is):

    Prodigy - Stand Up
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=71wRbLucnMk
    Dave Darrell - Children
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Q5_OXPdrDU
    ATB - Don't Stop
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DgvePeDIt3Y

Can you smell the '90s nostalgia...anyone?

    Ramos & UFO- The Ravechief
DJ Supreme & UFO- Trip To The Other Side
3 Steps Ahead - Drop It
    Force Mass Motion - Panic
    Bass Reaction - Technophobia
    Rotterdam Terror Corps

    Gabber and Hardcore bassically.

I can understand 2 Unlimited because of the fast dance music style, but Girls Aloud is more appropriate when you've drunken too much 'lemonade' at your local cheese club :-) IMO, heavy metal or fast dance music styles fit best, even if they're not your cuppa tea for general listening.

I've got the "mixed up" girls aloud album which is one long speeded up clubbing version of their songs so it's nice and fast :D

Ahhhh, awesome :-) I ought to look for that. It reminds me, there was a girl band in 1998 called B*Witched. They only did a few singles and an album IIRC and they were famous because one of them was going out with one of the boys from Boyzone. Anyway, there were a few fast versions of some of their songs and I rated them, although I didn't rate the group by default.
