Ready Brek with Golden Syrup and banana...and some of the baby's Weetabix..and some of those lemon and orange jelly things you eat at Christmas...and some marzipan. So really it was quite enough to last me through till dinner....

I've never put egg in a sandwich but I love sandwiches... may have to try. Just an egg or are there toppings as well?

    Best Egg sandwhich is,

Crusty roll cut in half, buttered with lurpack or propper butter (none of the marge/veg spread shit)

Fried egg, runny joke (bursts when you bite)
Sausage, cut in half placed on top
bacon, PROPPER none of the streaky crap,
    Tattie Scone,

all in side, BITE and enjoy,

Disclaimer: I can not take responsability for the copious amount of weight you will put on by eating this perfect roll.

I dont' like the term crusty roll. It sounds like a roll that has been sitting out for a week and will break your teeth :p

Does sound like an arterie clogger! :yum::yum:

Lol well its just crunchy, instead of a roll that has soft squishy, when you bite a crunchy roll it breaks a bit, its a little hard on the outside, perfectly soft in the center,

Just egg is good, but you can do bacon, sausage, or whatever you want. Nice soft bread and a runny yolk. Mmmm tasty. OR hard boiled and made into egg mayonnaise (with mayo&salad cream with salt, pepper and if you fancy, a bit of something like chilli flakes). I do love a bit of egg sarnie :D.

Eggs belong in rolls :O how dare you defile the egg by putting it in some mediocure slice of bread :O I should brand you a eggophile.

Well if we're going to go down THAT route, they should be in a nice, fresh french baguette with lots of butter and omnomnom.

    *wants egg mayo now*

Mmmm agree with the butter, but french baguette, I do prefer a fresh morning roll.

You should! Egg butties = godlike. Egg mayo or fried egg works for me, or, if you really want to go for it, put scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon and beans in a wrap, fold it up and toast it :yum::yum::yum:

I'm having slightly overcooked scrambled eggs on a bagel with a slightly disgusting amount of ketchup, in the absence of being allowed a runny yolk for a fried egg butty :(

It's still good. But barely touching the sides.
