im usually a 5 but my steelies are a 4 and fit pretty well,

no use on the make however, they were just a cheap pair but i wear them most days and theyre fine...
only problem i had was finding a make that do small enough sizes!

Mine are Trojans (Arco own brand), which are comfortable, but the sole is coming detached from the rest of the boot (not so good when I'm standing in a deep puddle).
My advice would be to try on a whole bunch of boots and see what is most comfortable. Go to a safety specialist such as Arco, who have a wide selection to try on.

I've got a pair of DeWALTS. Excellent gear.

Do check out what your employer wants. Some require zip up boots not just rigger boots.

my employer bought me them, but got a mens size 7 instead of females, so as I result mine are huge! I can comfortably wear 5 or 6 pairs of socks and still have room to spare.
shouldn't your employer provide you with them due to the health and safety point of view?

Purpledhaze, your employer should provide you with them if you are required to wear them. And they should provide correct fitting ones so go and get yours changed!

I don't work there anymore, but the boots did their job anyway and my job wasnt that dangerous really anyway, I also got wellies which fitted with steel caps, wore them most of the time.
