Antibiotics and the pilli

I was prescribed antibiotic flucloxacillian whilst I was halfway through my pill pack and finished the pill pack the day before the antibiotics finished. The doc only said to use condoms for five days after the antibiotics finished but didn't mention doubling up on the pill. I had sex 6 days after my last pill the day before I started my new pill pack after I googles it and a website said if LEss than 7 days are left of the pill after u take antibiotics you should go straight onto the next pack without a break. I'm a little worried now
