Following on from JsT: You can take the train from Luton to Luton Airport Parkway - one stop. Luton train station is about 5-10 mins walk from the main shopping centre.

How do you get from the actual train station to the departures lounge?

Do you just walk it - or is there a connecting Bus?

Do you know if the train runs all night because my return flights comes back like 3am.

I'm actually planning to drive to the local area and park somewhere - I'm only away for 5 days so anywhere buses run past would be good or even a short taxi journey away.

Real shame the train station isn't built into the airport like at Gatwick.
