Areo glass effect with Vista Basic?

Is there any software (free hopefully) that can give me that nice glass effect you get with other versions of Vista?

    Not that I'm aware of.

    MS specifically stripped Aero Glass out of Basic because it was designed to run on basic hardware that wouldn't support it.

    It's called linux! :p

    But I typically turn the glass effect off, it's useless eye candy. I like nice designs, but seeing through windows is just frivolity.
