I have to say - American bacon is foul, nasty stuff. Back bacon is soooooo much better - actually tastes nice, and has plenty of meat.

When it comes to bacon and ham America fails. It does not have to be 90 percent fat to be tasty.
Proper back bacon without the added water is sublime. The Europeans now how to treat pork. The best prok products you can find are from Spain and Italy.
