I took my wedding photographer to court and got a CCJ against her, but I don't think that's the side you're after

Happened to me 3 times and i tried to pretend the letters didnt exist and left them on the stairs for weeks.

Luckily I started getting letters from my insurance company who said they were going to defend my case.

I guess it depends on how pissed off you are. The staff at the small claims are cool, they have heard it all before and often will assist you with sound advice on what and what not to do.
