Today I made....

....an apple and rhubarb crumble and it is the tastiest thing ever. I would post pictures but my camera is at uni and I am not.

But HOT DAMN it is good.

    It's so so good. Saying that, I didn't use the cinnamon or the ginger 'cause I'm tight.

    Well done :) I like crumble. Not keen on rhubarb crumble, i seem to make it too mushy. Though i seem to of cracked cooking rhubarb in a pan. Bring it to the boil then turn of the heat and leave the lid on. Cooked but still in stick form.

    The website's recipe didn't even say knob of butter, it said knob butter :D (God, how old am I?)

    Recipe sounds nice - school dinners destroyed my love for rhubarb, but I have recently got into it again.

    But it's best when it's mushy!!!
