What's everyone's favourite remixed song? Mine is this Kill the Noise remix of Lady Sov's "Pennies."

Last year High Contrast's remix of Adele's 'Hometown Glory' was superb.

Its all about the Skream remix:

That's the type of thing I hate, personally. To me, they haven't added anything to the song, and they've put it to a beat that's inappropriate as well (or should that be picked a song that's inappropriate for the track they're trying to make?). I don't like that remix of Breathe Slow by Alesha Dixon either for the same reason. Some songs just don't belong in a club imo. I get why they might remix an already pretty dancey pop song to use in a club, so it's easier to mix, and the tempo's right, but they're rarely actually better than the original song imo, so I'd never listen to them outside a club over the original.
But I do like these ones:
Missy Elliot/Basement Jaxx - original, remix
Missy Elliot/Fatboy Slim - original and remix.
Both better than the original track imo.
I also like Fatboy Slim's remix of Body Movin' by The Beastie Boys. But then again, I don't think I've actually heard the original. My best of album only has the remix on it.
And not technically a remix, but I love the brass band version of Happy Up Here that Royksopp did.
ETA: I'm not trying to get hold of a copy of the remixed Gossip Folks, and it doesn't appear to be anywhere legal or otherwise.
At the moment I'm loving this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DKU6YR9Z8OI
But been feeling his remix of Future Sound of London - Papua New Guinea for a while now:

Just wish he'd put out more fresh original material rather than remix after remix
See I prefer Hometown Glory to Papua New Guinea. Probably because it's easier listening. I love breaks and I used to love Jungle and D&B back in the 90's but since then I can leave most of what been produced. Still love the odd track here and there - John B - Up All Night comes to mind. Same with hardcore - can't stand it now apart from the Nu Skool Breaks and harder Gabber and Speedcore stuff.
Not really into DnB/dub much but I do like that tune.
These producers are pretty trance-centric but oh well...
The Blizzard does some pretty cool, chilled out remixes:
