Sorry if some posters think I'm Selfish! Just because my husband doesn't watch porn, were together 10 years and he's never watched any in the time we've been together, thats all! I can't help the fact that I'd have a problem if he did watch it- maybe if we watched it together we'd both be ok about that, but not alone. But I wouldn't be happy if he did, and maybe we wouldn't be together if we both felt unhappy about an issue like this.

I completely sympathise. There was a point last year where it really started to bother me that my boyfriend has magazines, posters, calanders etc of naked ladies, so much so that it really started to affect our relationship. There was no point trying to express these feelings of inadequacy and discomfort because he just didn't understand what the problem was. It was really upsetting and frustrating and all i wanted was to just accept it and get on with things. Then i gradually started to get used to it. I don't know why, maybe my self confidence improved. In the end, we broke up anyway because of other reasons and its great to be free from all those feelings i had before. I would say that it depends on what your level of tolerance is, if you love him enough to learn to deal with it... but it's about YOUR feelings and it could affect future relationships. Perhaps just hope they'll go away. You aren't alone!
