It didn't really give any explination of the difference. So people watch shitty tv but on different things... As a US person, I'm confused as all hell about schooling )(sorry, uni) there and that did not help one bit

Very nice, basically we're better than our American counterparts. More independent, read more newspapers and keeping track of foreign affairs, and spend our time watching hollyoaks on the internet instead of the tv.
