So I was looking for another exercise DVD when I came across Carmen Electra's aerobic striptease boxset. It's not quite a cardio work out but it's really good for toning and it makes me feel so much better about myself afterwards. I've always wanted to try burlesque dancing or something, but I'm not a person to exercise in front of anyone else. These DVDs are fun, sexy and a workout. I recommend it to anyone who's looking for some fun toning DVDs. It's cheesy as hell and they hi-five each other after completely routines but it's all good.
Also good for guys too, I guess. It's probably cheaper and better than buying/downloading whatever things guys download. It's hott!
