Finding People To Talk To

Where is a good place online to find people to talk to? Ive looked at a number of places like craigslist but its all porn

not really lookin to meet or anything, just looking for some one to talk to

    If it isn't then contributing to discussions when I've had zero social interaction all day usually makes me feel better. God I sound sad.

    no not really, i dont have any problems really, the ones I do have I dont talk about

    just kinda looking for friendly people to talk to late at night, while im at work stuff like that

    I found quite a number of friends on World of Warcraft. Since then, 5 of them have become real-life friends as they're in the same country and I write to a German penfriend on most days. I still continue to meet up even though I don't play the game as much as I used to.

    Also, try out bulletin boards that are narrowed down to a common interest. In the past, I have used clubbing bulletin boards and subsequently met up with people for real. Nowadays, I'm more interested in themeparks. Found a bulletin board for that and again met people for real.

    Here is good - I agree with Clementine!

    Why not try finding some forums for bands/movies/whatever you're into and meet some like minded folks there?

    LiveJournal is pretty good too, if you join a community of something you're interested in. Some of them are really friendly and you can make friends just from posting there regularly.
