    Hi, my name is lyn, im 35 and have a 2 yr old daughter, i live in south wales with my daughter, partner (of sorts, its complicated) and 4 dogs! Ive joined this site cos im a depressive with self harm issues and i have recently had an episode with self harm. Ive been treated for depression for more than half my life, im not looking for miracles, just some advice and hopefully some support. Thanks x.

    Hi, I'm Winnie (rather I'm Winnie here) I'm 33 and live in Leeds. Lonely after a long week of feeling totally useless I found this site.

    I work in with violence and abuse - which I care about. Unfortunately it means I experience secondary trauma on a regular basis.

    I have gotten the (long intensive talking) therapies and so far so good on the not too much relapsing. However it doesn't really mean all stays well in my head.

    Nice to think I do have some place to go with other people who may have some of the same as me.

    Hi peeps, my name is Teona, who has recently been given the name Teyonce taken from the rnb beauty Beyonce lol.

    I attend the bottom of the league table Thames Valley University (oh well what can i say..i got in) as a new fresher. I'm originally from Bristol but now study in London. I am a firece Arian :birthday: who loves to sing with all my hearts content.

    Hello there, im Steph, im 20 and im from Bristol, still living here but my boyfriend lives in london so i travel there quite often.

    I studied travel & tourism for 3 years then decided I wanted to be a make-up artist!! Currently unemployed as with the other 1/3 of the population and HATE IT! I joined the site to talk to chat generally about unemployment, general life and to give me something to do!

    Hi I'm Emma, new to the boards. I'm volunteering for YouthNet at the mo in the corporate development team. I'm 23, living in London and juggling many projects at the mo, (mostly unpaid!!) but surviving and having fun nevertheless. Loving theSite and all it's done for me.

    Hope to do lots to engage new users over the coming months, mainly through events and getting in touch with student groups..

    Hey! I'm Rosie... I'm 18 and have lived in Scotland most of my life!

    Currently living and volunteering in a school for children with special needs in England. It's extremely rewarding but the long hours and the lack of money means its hard to socialise apart from with the other volunteers... all who are not from Britain.

    Mainly on here to speak to different people and to catch up on what is going on outside in the "real world" as the community I live in is very secluded!
