Does anyone know if there is a specific time of day to take st. john's wort?
I took some a few years ago, and it helped a little, i took them before bed. But i found that they could also sometimes put my in a bad mood before the good mood came along. Maybe because the depression i was experiencing was more severe than mild depression. But yeah, anyone know ?
