Ok, this is kinda a funny one, but I'll give it a go. I've had quite a lot of xray-type investigations over the last few years, cause of ongoing health problems.
I'm due to have an angiogram next week, and when I saw my Rheumatologist yesterday she said she'd also like me to have a PET scan, but as both the angiogram and the PET give you a fair dose of radiation, she might rethink the scan if at all possible, as she was worried about it affecting my fertility.
Now, I think that she may just be erring on the side of caution, but because I am female, broody and insane, I'm now worried that I've been zapped so much that it might affect my babymaking facilities. Does anyone know anything about this?

Have already googled, but I can't find the info I'm after.
I found stuff about the effects if you're already pregnant, or if you're planning to be in the next three months, and also that it's fine if you've had one or two xrays, but nothing if you've had a fair few and are thinking of babies in the not incredibly long-term future.
I asked my specialist about it, and she said that the way to tell for definite would involve xraying my ovaries, which she obv wouldn't recommend cause it's yet more radiation, and that she'd advise the wait and see option. But the wait and see option is frought with what ifs.
