19-25 Concessions & Acces Course

Does anyone know if the concession (lower course fee) applies to access courses? It's just that I don't work, get no benefits and won't have the money to pay the course fee in full. I also don't have a level 3. I think I did get told today that I can't get any help with the cost and have to pay the full (£470) fee.:(

    Hi, I'm not sure of the answer to be honest, but who was it that told you about not getting any help with the cost? Perhaps you should go back to them and ask them to clarify this for you? And if you are still unsure ask someone at a local career advice centre they might be able to help. Good luck.
