Does anyone know the affects of marijuana with mono?

Okay so I know that you're not supposed to drink even after you've had mono.
Because of the enlarged liver, spleen and all of that good stuff.

I'm fine the symptoms such as the soar throat and high fevers stoped a few days ago...

I'm already really pissed that I can't drink SO I was wondering if weed affects you like alcahol does.
