First could somebody tell me the difference?
and secondly, i've been creating a group of workshops, on different feminine issues- body image and self esteem, feminism, female biology, stress manangement etc... and i've talked to a few people, and i was planning on just doing them at a local youth club, but i can only do it to a small age group there, and they have suggested in using it as a trial and then if they are successful to go on and make a social enterprise/small company, and offer these workshops to colleges/schools/workplaces etc...
So, if they did work out, how do i go about setting up a social enterprise/small company? I know places i can apply for funding, and i know it could be time consuming, but if i'm running it i can take it at my own pace

Those lasers look expensive (and dangerous) ... what on earth would someone want to use them for?
