Here goes, my opinion of all 92 league clubs from the sublime to the ridiculous

Man Utd - I don't hate Man Utd i hate the army of glory supporters who ruin english football, the team is good, provides us with good internationals and is the best of the last ten years they do however have an irritating arrogance and i would love to see them win fuck all

Liverpool - Once a great side, now seem to be on the verge of something great, again they are somewhat ruined by glory supporters and the fact they are in the main scousers !

Newcastle - A club i like alot, passionate fans, shearer is god, a club i would love to see win the title

Arsenal - Good side, nice to watch, bit dirty but thats o.k. Might have success in the future, need to get out of highbury

Chelsea - Don't like them, try to but success, ken bates is a wanker and there fans are all rich coporate types. More of a cup side than title challengers

Leeds - Intresting bunch, are a big club, don't win much, good young side maybe they are the team of the future ? still not sure of o'leary

Villa - Rubbish, spend quite a bit, sell alot, will forever be placed between 5-10 and never progress beyond that, have got potential been from birmingham but seem unable to harness it

Spurs - Hoddle will take them places, decent history, good squad will never be title material though

Fulham - I hate fulham, buying your way to the top never works long term, they are similar to chelsea but without the history or fan base, expect them to be relegated over the next 5 years

Charlton - Who the hell invited them to the premiership party ? (sorry dom, but you know its true)!

Sunderland - good support, average squad, deserve mid table mediocracy, peter reid makes me laugh, phillips is class at club level

West Ham - threaten a decent season every year but always seem to be a bigger threat to the relegation places, good youth, always under achieve. Who the hell is glenn roeder anyway ?

Ipswich - bless, division 1 in 3 years, don't mind them though, good football, a pleasure to see them finish so highly last year

Southhampton - How long will they be in the premiership ? division 1 is there rightful home, still credit where credit is due, strachan is a jester

Everton - Why bother ? they seem to be as average as average gets in every respect

Middlesborough - proof that buy, buy, buy doesn't work, premiership status will always be in doubt, but i think they will always manage to do enough

Bolton - going down

Blackburn - another buying club, have got real talent throughout the squad, yet aren't a premiership outfit, need a bigger fan base for starters

Derby - Shit, only a matter of time before they arrive in the nationwide, need to sell to survive and are barely good enough now, might survive for one more season

Leicester - O'neill made them twice the club they are, one he left the rot set in, could struggle in diivision 1 next year

********************************************

Man City - going up, great fans, deserve premiership football especially with united as rivals - the cream of manchester if your a purist

Wolves - A big club i hear you say ? why ? they have been sleeping giants for 20 bloody years, division 1 throughout, might fluke it this year in an average division 1 set-up, would go back down

WBA - boring boring baggies, megson is a great manager it seems, he'll leave for better things soon and as a result they'll slump back to mid table

Millwall - I like them <IMG SRC="confused.gif" border="0" ALT="icon"> everybody dreads them visiting, but its all drama and thats what football is about, the club is a first division club, but there fans may well push them into second, my tip for automatic promotion

Burnley - A bigger club than most realise but not big enough for premiership status, decent support, i hate the rough style of football they provide

Coventry - most likely to challenge millwall for second, possibly a premiership club but that counts for nothing in this division

Palace - Play off's is all they can hope for, but its division 1 for a while, especially with francis at the helm, he's like big ron, held in high regard - god knows why

Norwich - too far to travel too, stick to farming, bunch of inbreeds ! ooh arhh

Preston - Might make play offs another burnley really

Birmingham - wouldn't be out of place in the premiership, bruce is a twat and for that i hope they stay where they are

Gillingham - ermmmm, the charlton of division 1, can't stay here forever, well done on what they have done so far though

Watford - Promised much this year, delivered nothing ! next year expect a better showing, vialli WHY ? what us he doing there ? Elton john as a chairman Ouch !

Wimbledon - never a premiership side, milton keynes would be a good move for the club, but should never happen, fans get enough shit as it is, all 9 of them that is

Forest - what can i say, my beloved boys, from double european cup winners to divsion one mid table obscurity <IMG SRC="frown.gif" border="0" ALT="frown"> and we ain't going far fast ! watch out though great youth in production, i feel the premiership is our home, some would disagree

Sheffield Utd - Hate them, warnock is a pillock, they will be mid table forever more

Portsmouth - good support, should be around the play off's but never are, might be in 3-4 years, lots of potential

Bradford - lol, a fall from grace ? no a return to where they belong

Barnsley - tripe

Rotherham - one for the romantics, ronnie moore has done a superb job, similar to gillingham hope they cement there place in the division its looking likely

Crewe - pretty football, good youth, brilliant manager, shit club

Sheffield weds - oh dear oh dear oh dear, a premiership club in alot of respects, but may go down yet, need 10 years to sort themselves out, no money, no squad, fickle support

Wallsall - will live in the shadow of villa, blues, wolves and wba forever, shouldn't of sacked the gaffa, division 2 shortly

Grimsby - oooze class in every respect <IMG SRC="biggrin.gif" border="0" ALT="icon"> going down though

Stockport - if you appoint carlton palmer you know what to expect, a load of crap, worst team i've seen for years

********************************************

Reading - beautiful ground, should go up, too good for this division, would stuggle in division 1 though, some talented players

Brighton - on the verge of extinction not long ago, very pleased for them, a division 1 club when they sort everything out, Zamora is the key, but i think it'll be the play-off's this time around

Stoke - Should go up, divsion 1 club in every respect other than there league placing <IMG SRC="smile.gif" border="0" ALT="smile">

Brentford - Another bloody london club, won't go up, nor do they deserve too

Bristol City - A division 1 side at least, a bristol club must have the potential to be a premiership side one day ? would need some good managment to achieve though, could challenge brighton in play-off's

Huddersfield - lovely ground, nice town, divison 1 material not this time around though

Oldham - Run of the mill northern side, divison 2 is about right for them !

Tranmere - what chance do they have in life with two rivals like l'pool and everton ! could challenge for the play off's

Cardiff - fuck off and play in the welsh leagues

QPR - another club in allsorts of difficulties, i hope they pull it around, should be in the 1st division

Wycombe - crap style of football, nice to see them in the cup last year, div 2 is as good they can get

Port Vale - why the name ? about correctly placed !

Colchester - an irrelevant club, make up the numbers, know sod all about them

Swindon - yet more proof that relegation from the premiership can cause real problems, seem to of finally steadyed (sp?) the ship

Chesterfield - wank

Wigan - ha ha spent alot, done sweet fa, love it when that happens

Blackpool - who cares about the team, great place, every fan wishes they were in there division, foul shirts, well placed for there size on the league ladder

Peterborough - Good old Barry Fry <IMG SRC="rolleyes.gif" border="0" ALT="icon"> should be a decent second division outfit

Bournemouth - Defoe came, he went, everybody forgot about them again

Bury - Fuckin hit it type club, bet they sell a fair few pies, no idea of where they should be other than forgotten about

Wrexham - follow cardiff's example, why are these welsh sides polluting our leagues ?

Northampton - nice place, rushden will soon be the regions biggest club, the future is bleak

Notts County - i have no idea what the hell happened here, many fancied them early doors, seems like they will leave the division but at the wrong end

Cambridge - Should be mid-table on the basis of size of club, they are however going down

*******************************************

Plymouth - going up, too far to travel though, could struggle next year

Luton - i fancied them from the start, i think they'll fufill my expectations, a second divison club if not better

Mansfield - a third division club set for an adventure in the dizzy heights of the 2nd, good luck stags, you'll need it

Rochdale - ermmmmmmmmmm <IMG SRC="confused.gif" border="0" ALT="icon"> less said the better, know sod all about them

Scunthorpe - who put the **** in scunthorpe ? a team going places, well div 2 anyway, not yet though

Cheltenham - always nice to see non leagues offering doing well

Shrewsbury - god we are in amongst some crap now !

Rushden - exciting club, have bought success a bit, but at that level its acceptable

Hartlepool - i like them because the presenter from sky's soccer saturday supports them

Kidderminster - and wallsall have it bad in that area, a div 3 club at best

Darlington - Good footballing part of the world, not alot else to say, another div 3 club

*falls asleep in heap at desk*

*wakes up*

Exeter - alot of clubs in obscure ends of the country in this division, another here, rubbish ground, deserving of mid-table status

Southend - should be in divison 2 perhaps

Bristol Rovers - should be in div 2, dumped erby out of the cup so i like them <IMG SRC="smile.gif" border="0" ALT="smile">

Swansea - fucking welsh are at it again

Oxford - another team i have affection for due to there fight for survival, a div 2 team in theory, will struggle in practise

Lincoln - Fairly decent club, should be aroundabout the play-off's

Macclesfield - bad area again, who'd support them living in manc land ? might be back in the conference in next 5 years

Carlisle - do they have a local derby ? maybe if rekjavic join the english leagues ( more welcome than the welsh lot) flirt with danger every year, not sure they should though

Leyton Orient - There are too many london clubs, this is the worst

York - hope they find a buyer, i'd hate the to be no more, GOOD LUCK YORK time is running out for them though, a reflection of the glory supporter effect on football

Torquay - hells bells ! seem to survive every year, another team at an extrem end of the world

Halifax - finally the end of my journey through the leagues and i think this season will be the end of theres !

My god that seemed a good idea to start of with ! Very difficult to capture a club in a sentence, lets hpoe we can have some good discussions using this as a base !

Ah what the hell, seems like fun!

Man Utd - Great football to watch, but like Eb said its just the 'supporters' that get my nerves. They just win too much!

Liverpool - From the dominace of the 80's to near sod all in the 90's, Liverpool look as though there back. Prefer them to Man U.

Newcastle - Don't mind the magpies. Would like to see them win the league but about third is where they will finish. Can see the bloody ground from miles around!

Arsenal - London club with arse in its name. Says it all really.

Chelsea - Ditto to Eb. Not much for them.

Leeds - Dirty Dirty Leeds! Well not quite anymore but look as though they could mount a serious challenge next season. O'Leary does talk some heap big crap.

Villa - Mediocer top 10 side. Forever to be knocked out the UEFA Cup by some Swedish part-timers.

Spurs - Finally some stability after some dodgy managerial apointments (Christain Cross anyone?) Top 6 club at best.

Fulham - Owned by an some forigen shopkeeper with no passport, or something. With all that money avalible i'm sure they'll be around for sometime to come.

Charlton - Mid table *yawn* next....

Sunderland - Has the potential to reach europe, should be higher than what they are present.

    West Ham - Cockney's - nuff said.

Ipswich - Good to see they've stuck with there manager and are now reaping the rewards. Dodgy first half to the season, deserve to stay up.

Southhampton - Will hang on in the Premiership till the end of time.

Everton - Fans want a return to the 80's heyday, maybe in the 2080's.

Middlesborough - Hate the club, hate the area, bunch of gas heads the lot of 'em!

Bolton - going down (no need to change really!)

Blackburn - Started off well but like so many promoted teams fall back as the season progressers. Should just about avoid the drop.

Derby - Well what can i say. Its been coming for about 3 years now. Interesting to see what Gregory can do but i fear its too little to late. Have to start setting the video for ITV on a Monday night/Tuesday morning.

Leicester - Down, Good buy little Leciester. Seems to have gone down hill since the Wycombe game last year.

    ********************************************

Man City - The apiamy of the sleeping giant! Look set to go up. Godd to see Keegan doing well. Would love to see them beat Man U!

Wolves - Every season its can Wolves do it? Will probably muck it up in the Play Offs as they always do.

WBA - Watched them on Soccer Sunday Live last week. Very average. Stick to Div 1 lads.

Millwall - Nobody likes 'em and I don't care.

Burnley - Always seem to think of flat caps for some reason. These are my tips for the Play Offs and then certain relegation,

Coventry - Concrete, Concrete, Concrete. Struggling abit with the step down. Another season in the Natiowide for them.

Palace - Had a good start until Bruce buggered off. Watch out for them next season.

Norwich - Premiership rejects, play in a stupid coloured kit but did beat Munich in there own back yard back in '93! Nice one!

Preston - No jack shit about them.

Birmingham - Like Eb said really, would like to see them beat Villa.

Gillingham - Not doing to bad for saying they nearly went bust not too long ago. This is about as much as they can hope for.

Watford - Isn't this place just another suburb of London? Lie Norwich play is a stupid colourd kit.

Wimbledon - Would like to see them get a place of there own, did well to last as long as they did in the top flight. Doubt they'll be back there soon.

    Forest - &%£"&^%$&** &^%$££%^$&%$ $%^$£$"££%$£%" &^%&$ £$^ $£ arse!

Sheffield Utd - Went down in '94 never to be seen of no more!

Portsmouth - Seem to be destined to stay in this division.

Bradford - The Swindon of the late 90's. Like as before, back where they belong.

    Barnsley - down a'pit

Rotherham - Stormed up the leagues in the past couple of years. Reached about as far as they can go. Wouldn't be supprised if they do what Southend did.

    Crewe - See above <IMG SRC="rolleyes.gif" border="0" ALT="icon">

Sheffield Weds - erm well i just hope Derby don't follow this route.

Wallsall - Were wrong to sack the manager. In the same position as Gillingham, Rotherham in reaching there peak.

Grimsby - *shugs sholders* Fish anyone?

    Stockport - Shite.

    ********************************************

Reading - Were one penalty kick away from the Premiership a few years back. Should hold there own in Div 1.

Brighton - Another club like Gillingham whos lights are shinnig brightly. Need a new groung though.

Stoke - Bit of a dump of a place. Nice ground, good team. Been there or there abouts the past couple of seasons, deserve to go up.

Brentford - The only league club to have a pub at every corner of the ground! So more interesting than the team don't you think?

Bristol City - Just seem to yo-yo between 1st and 2nd division. Has the fan base to go further.

Huddersfield - Unlucky to go down last season, another season in the 2nd beckons.

Oldham - Never going to go acheive much with the two Manchester clubs just around the corner.

Tranmere - Merseysides little brother. A little pat on the head and they'll be happy.

    Cardiff - sheep n' stuff.

QPR - Just another London club to me. Taken a bit of a plunge in the past few years, but then again don't we all at some point.

Wycombe - See Leciester City. MUHAHAHAHA!

Port Vale - Named after the hotel in which they were formed. Only one of two clubs not to be named after a place (2nd being Arsenal). Don't you not!

    Colchester - Southern.

Swindon - Premiership wannabies now back in there rightfull place.

Chesterfield - Shite ground with shite toilets.

Wigan - More a rugby town, never going to do much.

Blackpool - A real blast from the past. Would be good to see them higher up the leagues. Maybe in a few years, who knows?

Peterborough - Apparently there ground is built on a old indian berrial site and when the spirts are displeased, The Posh, they play like heap big crap. I tell ya them spirits must have ahd the perminate hump for about 80 years!

Bournemouth - Rehashed the ground and given it a twatty name.

Bury - Black pudding county. Thats about all i can think of.

    Wrexham - Sheep n'stuff

Northampton - Nice ground, shite team.

Notts County - Bless, almost made the Div 1 play-offs 93/94. Its been down with the occasional up since then.

Cambridge - 2nd division, 3rd division, who really cares. Good Uni though.

    *******************************************

    Plymouth - Green.

Luton - Should be in this divsion. Div 1 a real possibilty. Desparatly need a new ground.

Mansfield - Just one of the clubs you here back end of the football results. Maybe a bit higher up the pecking order next season.

Rochdale - Been in the same division for 25+ years. Honestly why do they bother?

Scunthorpe - Only 25 miles from Scunthorpe! As the advert used to go. Smart ground. No sod all about the team though.

Cheltenham - Saw them play Burton Albion a few seasons back. Oh how times have changed!

Shrewsbury - Supprised there not under water yet.

Rushden - Lower league rich kids.

Hartlepool - Always had a soft spot for this club. With my dad living in the North East, been to see them play a few times. Not doing to bad at the mo.

    Kidderminster - Carpets n'things.

Darlington - Hartlepools deadly rivals. BOOOOO!

    Exeter - Forever a Division 3 side.

Southend - Had a bit of a crap time a late. As Eb said Div 2 at best.

Bristol Rovers - Some jumped little cider swiging nomads from the west country.

Swansea - Yet more sheep n'stuff.

Oxford - Finally got there new ground. Deserve better than division 3.

    Lincoln - See Exeter.

Macclesfield - Yep, i'd agree. A conference side in waiting. For some reason i'm manager of this club on Champ Manager. God knows why?

Carlisle - Jimmy Glass scored and the rest as they say is history.

Leyton Orient - See West Ham.

York - hope they find a buyer, i'd hate the to be no more, GOOD LUCK YORK time is running out for them though, a reflection of the glory supporter effect on football - Ditto!

Torquay - I have a bone to pick with this club. While on holiday there about 4 years back, we decided to go and watch a early season between Torquay and Exeter. After being stuck in traffic and eventually finding somewhere to park, we got to the gates only to find it was all ticket. The ground holds around 6.000 and it was just over half full for the game. WANKERS! hope they go down!

Halifax - I'm afraid there breif flirtation back in the league may be just that.

Few, i really need some sleep now.

Charlton boring?! Huge club of the 40s and 50s, faced extinction in the 80s(ground share with the hated Crystal Palace) only to bounce back with a return to The Valley, oen of the most dramatic ever Wembley finals (play-offs versus Sunderland) and, after a brief blip, becoming a force in the Premiership! Excitement enough for me.

Grimsby - Gotta hand it to them. Fantastic win after losing manager and asst manager. Much chanting of sack the board. Great game too.

    Bristol City - Much Yayness

Hartlepool - Grandad was from there so they've gotta be good

    Bristol Rovers - Bye, bye Derby <IMG SRC="biggrin.gif" border="0" ALT="icon">

Lincoln - Noisy, live down the road from the stadium and they're loud!!! Good fans tho, never lost a post match fight yet <IMG SRC="eek.gif" border="0" ALT="icon">

Bath - Special mention for letting Bristol use their ground <IMG SRC="smile.gif" border="0" ALT="smile">

Wednesday will be back to the good times in the future believe me. And for your information we do have a squad and more support than most premiership clubs as well as a world class stadium. Once our board finally realise they are shite and leave taking Yorath with them we'll sort ourselves out......believe.

Wednesday are very similar to us (forest) they have one hell of alot of work to do before they are back in the big time, never mind staying there. I've set a 5 year target for us, wednesday have another couple on top of that i'm afraid ! Yes they have a premiership set up, but finances and your squad are average division 1 at best.

Nottingham Forest, you are where you belong. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer anyone?

Bradford City are NOT back where we belong, but of copurse its fashionable to slag us off. BBC made a habit of it.

At least we never employed Van Hooijdonk.

No way have we got another couple of years on top of you- I mean the fact that we have one of your players on loan just to save you paying the wages is an indication of your state of finances. OK so Jenas got you a bit and Stern John but its going too take ages for you too build a team up. We have got a team which is better than "average"- Sibon, Hanshaw, Kuqi, Quinn, Bromby etc are all quality players. We didnt get too the cup semi final beating sunderland and villa on luck. Its because half out players only put in the effort when it suits them. Our problem is the board and managers. Remember the days under Ron Atkinson with the players we had (Alexanderson, Hirst, Bright, Di Canio etc..) well when he got sacked Danny Wilson couldnt handle the players hence Di Canio and Carbone leaving like they did. And all the managers since, Jewell, Shreeves and Yorath have not done anything for the club. Yoraths tactics are a joke- leaving Harkness out the squad, playing midfielders upfront and at left back- its just pathetic. Hopefully we'll get Joe Royle at the end of the season who will get the team putting some effort in. We are more than capable of making the play-offs next season if we have the right backstaff and Royle linking up with Donachie again would be great for us. Our only problem is knowing our board, they'll give Yorath a new contract! But I get what you're saying about us being similar, its just a shame for both of us I guess how things worked out.......at least our managers got a fit daughter I suppose <IMG SRC="smile.gif" border="0" ALT="smile">

Also a pissing off thing is the fact that the Owls fans get all our songs nicked by premiership clubs who pass them off as their own.......*nudge* *nudge* Man United

Yes you did! I hold in my hand a Villa programme with the Villa team against Wednesday in. Lets see... Ahem..............doesnt look all that understrength to me and even if you had a couple of players out (note Boateng did play most the match) that doesnt mean it was luck since we also had the same problem. We beat you at Villa Park fair and square the same as we beat Sunderland the round before.

What are you still getting over the fact that the first club too beat you at home this season was from divison 1??

OK so Jenas got you a bit and Stern John but its going too take ages for you too build a team up. We have got a team which is better than "average"- Sibon, Hanshaw, Kuqi, Quinn, Bromby etc are all quality players.

at least our managers got a fit daughter I suppose

Wake up, who the hell is hanshaw ? sorry but you need only look at the league to realise that you do have an average squad, blame yorath if you like, but its strange how everyone fails in charge of you. Of course you have a few players lingering from your premiership days, but then most clubs do. Having bounced between to two divisions i'm well placed to judge on how easy it is to get out, and your in no position to do so. To get out of this division you have 2 options - spends loads e.g fulham, blackburn, man city and m'boro or with stability and direction e.g ipswich, bolton & charlton - you have neither. The list of teams who've spent long spells in the top flight, have gone down and stayed there is long. You might make the play off's next year but a larger chunk of the division are better placed to challenge, its taken decades for some to do it e.g wolves, birmingham and teams like us, palace, watford, coventry, wimbledon and norwich are all similar to you, except your fighting relegation <IMG SRC="wink.gif" border="0" ALT="icon">

    1) We are more deserving of premiership football than bradford ever will be, i'll explain if you like

Very understrength team and for various chairman related reasons we don't have a huge squad. So you knocked out us and Sunderland? You got knocked out by Blackburn who, in all fairness, are 3rd from bottom. Its not about winning cup games - its about winning games every week in the league.

    If you wanna be another Chelsea you can do that <IMG SRC="rolleyes.gif" border="0" ALT="icon"> <IMG SRC="tongue.gif" border="0" ALT="icon">

I'll go find the actual facts and figures if you like but :-

    1) We have a bigger ground than you
    2) A much higher average attendance than you
    3) Better away support
    4) A trophy cabinet which makes yours look a laughing stock
    5) Have provided a host of international over recent times and continue to have england u21 internationals
    6) Spend more
    7) Earn more in transfer fees
    8) Are more recognised the world over
    9) Have the better results in recent meetings, including a 1-0 win this season
    10) Don't have to wear the leagues worst kit

Now i could list trophies won, players, results etc etc but i wouldn't want to rub it in !

I think that just about justifies my feelings we are a bigger club than 'done nothing ever bradford'

And all without mentioning brian clough, who seems as he managed one third of our history post war is very much part of the equation <IMG SRC="wink.gif" border="0" ALT="icon">

I think VP is the same size now as a matter of fact <IMG SRC="smile.gif" border="0" ALT="smile">

And theres a difference between the past and the future. Youve got no money, no fans, you were even turned down by players so that they would join Huddersfield Town!!!

At least we dont play in a boring kit, and dont diss the claret and amber!

Now were not in a good position, but theres nothing better to laugh at than fans of 'big clubs' who reckon theyve got a divine right to success just cos they were good at one time. Youre as bad as Man Shitty fans, cept theyve at least got a good team this year <IMG SRC="smile.gif" border="0" ALT="smile">

Side point...theres only one team with its name actually on the FA Cup, and I think youll find its Bradford <IMG SRC="tongue.gif" border="0" ALT="icon">

VP capacity is only 25,000 another 25% and your level with us

No fans ????? thats rubbish, we have the 3rd highest average attendence in the league and the 2nd highest average away following. Beyong that we still have alot of 'glory' supporter types from the clough era, they'll crawal back out the woodwork when things start looking up

Which player do you refer to on the huddersfield town scenario ?

No money, correct, but the where have blake, carboni etc etc gone and why ?

I'm not claiming to have a divine right to success, nobody has, but then i believe we have more chance than you, besides it's better to have loved and lost than never to of loved at all

FA cup ? wow, what a nothing trophy, some of us have our name on the european cup twice something teams like arsenal, leeds, chelsea, spurs and newcastle dream about <IMG SRC="wink.gif" border="0" ALT="icon"> as for bradford, you dream of a league cup win <IMG SRC="smile.gif" border="0" ALT="smile">

Ive got a feeling I got the Hudders remark wrong...I meant Smith, but I now cant remember if it was from you or to you:-/

Well we cant afford Carbone, like *der*, no-one in that league could. We aint rich. We never have been. We never will be.

But thats what I mean about fans of 'big clubs', face facts we are equals now. Past trophies count for fuck all, Burnley nearly went out of the league for fucks sake.

Yeah, were on the smaller side, but a club deserves its position in the league. Youve been in the First Division for years cos youre shit, we were in the Premier League cos we were good enough. You lost 8-1 (was it?) at HOME, and got relegated with the record lowest points total because you werent good enough.

Its just a typical attitude, Bradford are little therefore we should struggle. Well, hate to break this to you, but if clubs got what their size merited you would have won fuck all in Europe, and might have got the odd domestic cup here and there. Barcelona would win everything.

Remember you aint some European giants yourself, and are less than 10 places ahead of us in the league. I can tolerate proper Man Utd fans taking the piss, seeing as they are actually good, but Nottingham Forest? Please. Youre shite, face it.

We've only been in the 1st division for 2 full seasons, hardly ages

the lowest points total ? we never held it, nearly, but we won our last 3 games and missed it by a point, it used to be swindon, now watford <IMG SRC="wink.gif" border="0" ALT="icon">

I'm not claimimg to be worthy of 'a big club title' were not, i've never said we are a big club, bigger than bradford yes, thats obvious, but not a big club. You can use the argument how big a club is depends only on there league position, but i think there is more to it, league position reflects how good the current team is and not alot else. Fan base, history and finances are all relevant. Man U spent a season in the old division 2 not all that long ago, did they suddenly become an average 2nd division club ? no, are man city a smaller club that bolton ? no. Other variables must be accounted for ! I think the ideal premiership would be (in no particular order)

    Man U
    Arsenal
    Leeds
    Liverpool
    Newcastle
    Chelsea
    Spurs
    Sunderland
    Middlesborough
    Everton
    Villa
    West Ham
    Man City
    Derby
    Blackburn
    Forest
    Fulham
    Coventry
    Southampton
    Charlton

I think that is possibly the strongest possible premiership based only on size of club- Sheff Weds, Leicester, Birmingham, Wolves, Bolton, Palace, Ipswich and Wimbledon may argue, but its all subjective, i do know bradford aren't a club with a claim, which is what i said to start of with, you went of on the comparison thing <IMG SRC="wink.gif" border="0" ALT="icon">

I'm fully aware that in comparison to the glory days we are know a well matured shower of shit, i should know following them home and away - I'm going to burnley tomorrow knowing full well we will get hammered, a scenario unthinkable 3 years ago, but then thats football. Things change, the premiership of early doors is a mile of these days - remeber the days when Norwich, QPR, Swindon, Wimbledon, Forest, Coventry, Shef Weds, Bradford, Sheff Utd, Watford and Man CIty were regulars ? but as easily as they have dropped, clubs have moved in, in the last 12 years Leeds, West Ham, Newcastle, Sunderland, Middlesborough, Derby, Leicester, Bolton, Blackburn, Fulham, Charlton and Ipswich have been in lower division obscurity, but they all have 1 thing in common, they are fairly big clubs - we'll be back, fear not and before you, thats if you ever make it - Bradford are a 1st division club in every respect. Only a handful of clubs have been top flight regulars never to return

Yeah, because of your European pedigree you are a bigger club, thats not the point.

You arent any more deserving of a Premiership place than any of the other 71 league teams, or the 20 Premiership teams, a full trophy cabinet is all well and good, but doesnt give any team a divine right. man Utd didnt become an obscure team, no, but they got promoted again on talent, not on name. If youre good enough, youre big enough. And the fact is we were good enough for two years, two years youd kill for now.

A team deserves its league position on talent alone, and it belongs in the league it resides in. Just, yes, some clubs have more of a reputation than others.

I'm not sure what point your trying to make, you argued because i said you are in the divison you belong in, which you are, i also said i believed that we should be a premiership side but others might disagree, which i am aware they will, but i would be suprised if in 5 years from now we are still messing around in this division, we are just starting to recover from platts fucking mess of a job, they are the only bad 2 years in 25, every team is allowed a bad spell, but we will be back, nobody can predict what a team deserves in the future for fucks sake, thats stupid, i can only speculate <IMG SRC="wink.gif" border="0" ALT="icon"> despite our current shower of shit we have some very very good youth, who are more than capable of good times, jenas was the tip of the iceberg - prutton, williams, reid and bopp are all been scouted by the 'big five' of the premiership and we have many more regarded as future internationals, maybe bradford too will return, who knows but my underlying point, we have more chance than you, regardless of history

What pissed me off was that you said we are back where we belong, not in the lague we belong in. With the talent/attitude of our alleged players were no better than the league position is, but we arent an upstart team that had a moment in the sun. We arent back where we belong because we belonged in the Premiership whilst we were in it, and now we dont.

You were meaning we were a laughing stock, when the team you support is no better.
