A pointless question

Just because the thought came to me earlier.

Imagine that someone is accused of a crime, let's say theft. It goes to court, and in the end the suspect is found to be not guilty. It all ends, the decision is final, so everyone stands up to leave the room.
At that moment, the former suspect shouts to the victim (so everyone hears) "Hahaha you idiot, thanks for the new TV I'll buy with your money!"

What would happen at that point?

I know under some laws you can't be tried for the same thing twice, so I guess he'd get away with it....

Suppose they could be charged with perjury.
