Some training questions.

I hate to be a pain but I can't be doing with combing through the current threads because they're too long.
Basically i'm 'skinny fat', quite slim but I have alot of body fat and it all seems to be on my torso. Now, I want to know how to eat alongside some training (this HIIT looks good) that will help me shift it without sending my body into starvation mode. Aparrantly my BMR is 1401 so can anyone suggest some foods and amounts to eat to help shift it without my body starting to conserve everything. I don't have a very big appetite and I also suffer from IBS and eating a big breakfast tends to set it off - but I don't always have time to eat lunch til quite late! Any tips?

Cardios always good for helping shift body fat.
As for the diet just cut out chocolate, ice cream and crappy food and stock up on potatoes, pastas etc and eat more fruit as snacks.
Also, drink as much water through the day as you can.
