Tongue piercing

If you have a tongue piercing and you take it out. does the hole close up fully.

i dont have one but thinking of getting one and if i took it out i would want the hole to go fully like

    I took mine out for an hour and it was fine, but then when I decided to take it out proper it has closed up the next day

    It all depends on how long you had it done for, I had mine for about 18months.

    Get it done tho, I loved mine - had to take it out for a 'proper' job tho.

    My mum takes hers out for months at a time but my sister took hers out for 2 days and it closed up and shes had hers longer than my mum so depends on you really.

    :yes: Depends on your body, same with any other piercing. I had mine for 4 or 5 years I think; I took it out at night and it was fully closed by morning. Though I have no idea why but after I took it out I have a bump on my tongue where it used to be. Had it removed once but it just came back :(
