i had my last STD test in august september time...since then i had had sex but it's been protected...but the guy wasn't exactly just seeing me (infact he was shagging anything with legs i later found out) and i also found out that he didn't use condoms with other girls...

am i just unneedingly worrying or would it be worth going for a check up?

I would say its probably unlikely if you've used protection but taking a test cant do any harm I suppose.

Do you have any obvious symptoms? Even if you dont and it was always protected sex, might be best to have one if the other person wasnt using condoms with other people.

Some STDs can go months without symptoms

If its worrying you, go have a test, so you can relax when you find out you're clean.

Unless there is a good reason not to then I'd take the test.

If in doubt, get it checked.

Go. If there's nothing wrong, peace of mind. If you've caught something then you can get it treated. More people should regularly go for sexual health checks IMO :)

You are probably alright, however, once you get an idea in your head you are best off doing something about it. And now that you are worrying about this, you should go and get tested. Peace of mind is a wonderful thing.
