    LowLow/Colraine Mature chedder, mozzerella is good too.


    What is so good about Cathedral City Cheese? My mate in lincoln never stops talking about how fantastic it is!

    Anybody tried that "Finest Five" cheese? Gorgeous stuff. I bought some from a cheese shop in Hartington, Derbyshire after finishing a 30 mile walk (bloody painful business), and since then I've not seen it anywhere. Tried "Five Counties" from Tesco, but thats got Wensleydale in it, which I hate with a passion

    But cheese on the whole is good. Nothing beats Chedder
