I have taken some pain killers but they don't do much, is there anything else which can release the pressure pain?

A decongestant like sudafed, steamy hot showers, and lots of hot drinks.

I cannot take Sudafed because they raise your blood pressure and some other pills I'm taking can make it worse. I will try the hot shower/hot drink thing, I have some Amoxicillin now so that should help as well.

Can you take any antihistamines? Because they also have a decongestant effect.
