    do you mean the CV and cover letter you usually use are too formal? I wouldn't worry to be honest, i'd say the most important thing is to show you're qualified for the job and let them know why you want to do it. being a cleaner wont be the most glamourous job but it doesnt mean theyre going to accept anyone - especially with it being at a dentists, hygene etc is going to be important. So i'd just send the type of cover letter you'd normally send, no need to make it simpler.

    Yeah I'd do what Kat_B said. Have you had any experience of cleaning before? If so deffo put that in. I did 12 hours a week cleaning offices, got £80 a week, great money!:thumb:

    It's probably the same requirements they use for everything.

    Dental surgery may be particularly interested in self discipline and attention to detail for their cleaning.
