Opinions for this are common,
Non-student:
"Why should we pay for your eductaion?"
Student:
"Then why should I pay for your Pension (etc)"
O.K. A large majority of graduates leave the country but why not create a graduate tax that taxes you for owning the diploma from this country. Revenue could go towards the next wave of students.
