    It's a Christmas cake, so all the usual sultanas, currants, raisins, nuts, cherries, brandy, peel and had about 1/3 bottle of brandy fed itno it since November. Proper icing too, the rock hard stuff and marzipan which i admit i didn't make, but wish i had now as it's not very 'almondy'. All the decorations are edible btw, marzipan and food colourng.

    Awwww, ta. I did bugger up the first two coats of icing, so the piping and small trees round the sides are hiding a multitude of sins ;)

    Didn't have any yesterday, but had a slice today. Fuck me that icing's hard. If NASA ever need a cheap replacement for re-entry shields they know where to come :D
