I fell over and cut the front of my hand last night. Youch. I had to have stitches and now my hand is all bandaged up. I'm a bit worried though, and this is probably a stupid question but is it normal that it's hurting really bad?

    It's not unusual if you cut it really badly - painkillers help at all?

    I haven't taken any :rolleyes: I'm still feeling a bit hungover, didn't wanna upset my poor belly. I thought/hoped it was normal to hurt because of the place I cut it...but still, I worry.

    There's a lot of nerve endings on your hands. That's why paper cuts hurt like buggery.
