External Firewire + USB 2 Enclosure Recommendations

I have a 400 GB hard drive (IDE) I bought some time ago and out into a USB enclosure I bought at a PC Fair.
I want to move the drive into a combined USB 2 + Firewire Enclosure 1 because it's more flexible but also because the enclosure I have at the moment never spins down under windows when not in use (although it does spin down under OSX)
Any recommendations on a particular make or brand of enclosure ?
I also want something quiet - i.e. no annoying loud fan in it - but a slow spinning fan would be alright.
One of my other enclosures is a Safecom which is OK - quite big and very noisy with the fan but disconnected the fan and not so bad now

But the first Safecom I bought was all out on the sizes slightly - the connectors were too big to fit in the sockets, etc The power socket kept falling out, etc - the replacement I got was much better.
