i dont think cancer just grows suddenly it grows slowly overtime i think so i dont think it can be that unless this is the first time you've looked at your dick in years
But i think as its after sex its more likely to be an STI though they dont normally appear that quickly as far as i know...
maybe go to the doctor or gum clinic?
