    I see, yoga is good for boosting your mood - have you been to any classes before? Might be a good place to start as you go through the whole warm up - stretching - and chill out process.

    nah, i was hoping to do it in my own time but we'll see. can't at the mo tho! i'm really ill. :(

    i saw a cheap book about it today aswell so i may get that.
