Mayonaise

Has anyone got a good recipe for mayonaise. Got all the ingredients, eggs, oil, vinegar, mustard and know how to make it, just need quantities from a reliable recipe.

Also which would be better, extra virgin olive oil or sunflower oil ?

    All Recipes is the one I usually use. Though Mayonnaise is quite tough to make.

    extra virgin olive oil is best. But I couldnt be arse making mayo when you can buy perfectly good mayo in the shops.

    My favourite is lemon zest mayo :yum:
