Ok, so if I order something, and there is a problem and they end up giving me 2LOTS of the items, is it illegal for me to keep said item? or how long do they have to contact me to ask for it?

I'm just wondering of course.

    Tell them it never arrived, it wasn't sent Rec, it was sent DHL to motherwell who signed it off to RM who didn't track it

    I had the same thing with a vibrator bought online once! I've still got the second one, still in its packaging, it might come in useful one day :p That was over two years ago now, so they're obviously not asking for it back...
