What do you call your parents?
I went through a stage of calling my dad his actual name because I knew it pissed him off alot
I just call my mum, 'Mum'
but the other day I was in town and this really posh girl about a year or so older than me called her mum 'mummy' and just wandering how many other people call their mums 'mummy'
and do you call your brothers and sisters 'bro' or 'sis'?
i dont but on that stupid mouthwash advert that little boy calls his brother 'big bro' or something.

With my mates I just say "my ma and da."
ETA:Oh and for my siblings, their first names or "you fucking wanker"
If i'm annoyed with them I call them 'Mother' and 'Father'. I don't think I hardly ever call them mum and dad, though if I did I would probably preface it with a me as in me mum and me dad.
I fink its coz i'm well posh innit
ETA - I just call my sister by her name when talking to her - though obviously I might refere to her as my sister when talking to other people.
Oddly Andy's Dad sometimes refers to Andy's Mum as 'Mummy' when talking about her...
if its mates i usually say "me ma"
if i'm talkin to her...its mum
never use "mummy" just sounds so babyish
Although a couple of my friends call their parents by their first names, and have since about the age of 12 which I thought was unusual.
I think people who do are either really immature or are spoilt brats who get everything they want.
 Its just natural for me. But I'm a little kid at heart and super close to the both of them. Ed thinks its funny I say papa, says hes never heard anybody use that before, but my sister does too. It would be funny to call him anything but. Except for, hey retard!
I say 'old dear' and 'old man' when I'm talking about them to my mates.
When I'm actually talking to them, I call them 'mum' and 'dad'.
What the fuck is up with 'the old cheese' though? lol That sounds kinda wrong.
Dad - "Dad", "Old man", "Zimmer", "Old get"
Brother 1 - "Jay"
Brother 2 - "Fat boy"
Sister - "Anti-Christ"
Dad= Dad or Father
would be referred to as ma an da to other people and sometimes to them
Same.
There are a few girls I know that say mummy and daddy, posh sort.
"Mummy can one have new pony, I couldn't possibly ride the one I have now, it's so terribly old"
Same as well.
Lol, I know the type.
Yeah it does a bit !
ahahahah - yes thats so totally me though my parents would never buy me a poney - meanies - however "daddy" does still pay my credit card bill (or rather one of them though I don't actully ever put anything on it - especially since I dont' hve a pin number so its impossible to use these days!)
Hum thinking about it I think they would prefer it if they were called mum and dad
????? WTF Lol
I say Mum n Dad. End of.
Pretty sure my brother still calls them mummy and daddy. He's not posh or immature, it's just force of habit.
Exactly, it might be seen as posh and snobby over the water but it's not that way here.
