Does anyone know what rights i have:i had a plumber move the boiler in my house exactly a week a go and i have been left without hot water and central heating since then. Everyday he has fobbed me off saying someone will be coming round to finish it off? not only that but there is a leak and massive holes in the wall to the outside. I have stopped the payment....does anyone know my rights?
