    Sometimes I have... I go through phases sometimes, where I might do it every day (possibly more than once a day) for a week or so, and other times when I don't do it at all for weeks on end.
    But no, it would be a matter of luck as I don't think I could do it at a certain time.

    given enough incentive, I probably could now. when I was 16, I tried but lasted less than a week

    Same here. I can go easily go a month if I'm having a no/disinterested in sex phase.

    It depends what the reward for giving it up for would be. For a substantial amount of money or similar and suitable prize, I would force myself to refrain.

    If there is no reward (a bet, dare etc), then I wouldn't even entertain the thought.
