Interview Nerves!

I've just been told I will have an interview for my dream job in a few weeks (well, the end of june).
I've had interviews like this before... know what kind of things they will ask, know i have experience and skills to draw on etc.
But then I get to the interview and turn to mush and cant prove all the stuff above! Any advice to stop me turning to mush?
Other than practice makes perfect, be well prepared and imagine them naked!
