    James is fine thanks. A horror at times and such a sweetie at others. :)

    I'm ok ta, apart from a cold i just can't shift!
    Chris is doing good, just waiting to hear if he has passed the next stage of the police application for the regs. He's loving the specialing and isn't here much lol
