Popworld.com ? Recognition for the New Age of Journalism
Popworld, the iconic music brand and C4 show, has launched an online initiative offering budding young journalists the chance to show off their creative writing skills and have their say on what?s going on in the music industry.
Every month, the most popular music blogger will be selected to become a Popworld journalist for the day and work with the team. This will involve the chance to interview a celebrity band/artist, a trip to the Popworld studios, tickets to a gig to do a live review, contribute to Popworld.com and the new Popworld magazine, Pulp and the possibility of their blog being published in industry magazine, Music Week.
The competition will require entrants to post a blog on Popworld.com which will be judged on both their writing skills and creative content, as well as its own popularity among general blog and forum users.
