Hey,

Thought I'd join this place to hopefully help with my loneliness.

I have a full time job Monday - Friday which involved working in a busy office. When I'm not at work I follow football or play games, read the news etc to try keep myself occupied but I still feel very lonely a lot, it's been going on for a long time now. So I'm attempting to get more sociable I guess but I just didn't know where to start. So yes don't really know what else to say... :/

    Maybe somethings don't get better, but we do. We get stronger. We learn to live with our situations as messy and ugly as they are. We fix what we can and we adapt to what we can't. Maybe some of us will never fully be okay, but at least we're here. We're still trying. We're doing the best we can. That's worth celebrating too ❤

    What part of here is most active? It's hard to tell from my phone.

    ​It depends on what you want to talk about. For example if you would like a bit of support health and wellbeing might be a good place to go. Also Anything goes is normally for general chat type stuff. So it all depends on what it is you want to talk about. Try health and wellbeing because earlier you mentioned loneliness so that's a good place to start.

    As Abi said, it honestly depends on what you want to talk about. This is quite a quiet forum in the grand scheme of things so it's much more likely your posts will be seen and able to get support if you need it!

    The problem I'm having is I'm struggling to think of stuff to talk about. I always feel I sound dumb when I say this but it's like a feeling of wanting to talk and then having no words to say.
