Think this maybe probs sounds like something my parents would listen to lol. Quite like it though.

First Aid Kit are wicked. I came across their song 'Wolf' recently. Such a lovely piece.

“And when they look at you, they won't see everything you've been through. They won't see the **** that turned to scars that began to fade with time. They won't see the heartbreaking things that shook up and changed your entire world. They won't know how many tears you cried or even what it was you were crying about. They won't see how strong you had to be because you had no other choice. What they will see though is how compassionate you are because you experienced pain. What they will see is how kind you are because you experienced how cruel the world is. What they will see is how good you are because you've seen how bad things or people can be. The difference between you and your experiences are who you choose to be, despite everything that could have turned you cold and unkind. You are the good the world needs and the best of us.” ~ Kirsten Corley

I've been listening to the Dreamgirls soundtrack all week!

Maybe somethings don't get better, but we do. We get stronger. We learn to live with our situations as messy and ugly as they are. We fix what we can and we adapt to what we can't. Maybe some of us will never fully be okay, but at least we're here. We're still trying. We're doing the best we can. That's worth celebrating too ❤

Nice band, @Aife Love their upbeat sound!

It took me 5 long months to save up for this G-Shock Casio Gulfmaster after paying bills. Rugged, large but amazingly lightweight, it's fantastic for my fishing and outdoor activites. Incidentally - I love the music! Attachment not found. Not sure if it's a session band's dub-over or an actual band, but the guitar riffs are crazy!

@Aife I am still in shock that this is a thing! Unicorn will end up taking over the world if they haven't already.
Some people think I am unhappy. I'm not. I just approach silence in the world that never stops talking.

I absolutely love this track, but want to (1) get the name of the Russian band and (2) the lyrics translation.

I think this is my forever favourite song, best listened to when in Paris... preferably, in autumn ...kicking leaves around Saint-Germain-des-Prés and recalling the time when I met someone very special, and it all began for this song and how she has remained only and truly for me to this day.

Chloe Condylis who is also known as Chloe Vocalist and sings with DJ Marlo Hoogstraten is one of the loveliest singers I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Here are two of her tracks.

    'Shelter (Till The Sky Falls)'
and with Marlo, 'You and Me'. Terrific vocals and such a lovely personality :)
